Kulbørstens funktion er at transmittere elektrisk energi eller signaler mellem faste og roterende dele. Dette kan forekomme inden for en bred vifte af anvendelser under forskellige driftsforhold, som alle har særlige krav.

Disse kræver kulbørster til vindkraft, der kan bruges i kolde og varme klimaer med lav og høj luftfugtighed. Hvis galvaniske strømme passerer gennem motorens lejer, kan lejerne blive beskadiget. Jordforbørsternes vigtigste funktion er at forhindre strømmen i at passere gennem lejerne og derved forhindre skade.

Roterende samling

En roterende samling/drejeled er en mekanisme, der bruges til at overføre væsker og/eller gasser, mens den drejer/svinger fra en forbindelse til en anden. Roterende samlinger er konstrueret til at udholde et stort temperaturinterval og tryk under forskellige forhold og omgivelser. Desuden kan roterende samlinger integrere flere passager og håndtere forskellige typer medier samtidigt (f.eks. kan olie, vand, luft, gas, kølemidler, kemikalier eller vakuum kombineres).

Fiberoptiske drejeled (FORJ) anvendes i vid udstrækning inden for telekommunikationsindustrien og i forsvarsteknologi, som f.eks. radarer, robotsystemer, olieboring, ubemandede fly, sensorer og andre anvendelser, der kræver løbende rotation.

De mest omkostningseffektive og effektive valgmuligheder er designs med en enkelt kanal. Da fiberoptik tilbyder næsten uendelig båndbredde kan du multiplicere dine ønskede signaler og køre dem gennem én fiber. De tre mest anvendte båndspektre er 850 nm, 1310 nm og 1550 nm.

Vores fiberoptiske drejeled (FORJ) er kompakte produkter med flere kanaler. De forbinder 2-36 uafhængige fiberkanaler samtidigt. De er ideelle, når de kombineres med elektriske slæberinge eller RF-drejeled, eller når pladsen generelt er trang. Selvom de er meget små, har de stadig standardiseret optisk ydeevne (<-60 dB crosstalk, <5 dB indsættelsestab og> 45 dB returtab). Alle kanaler kan rumme enten enkeltmodus- eller multimodusfibre. Det er også muligt at kombinere de to typer fibre i én enhed.

RF-drejeled

Vores RF-drejeled tilbyder et kontaktfrit drejeled, der er baseret på berøringsfrie koblingsmekanismer som kapacitiv, induktiv, transmissionslinje eller transformatorkobling. Disse ekstremt langtidsholdbare drejeled fås som koaksiale og bølgelederenheder til frekvensområder op til 110 GHz. Den maksimale signaloverførselsbåndbredde er ca. 20 % af den øvre frekvens, der skal transmitteres. Berøringsfrie drejeled anvendes til smalbåndstransmissioner. Derudover kan der med særlige koblingsstrukturer transmitteres to forskellige bånd inden for ét modul (for eksempel X- og L-bånd).

Vi implementerer forskellige teknologier for at opfylde vores kunders krav og tilbyde dem kontakt og ikke-kontaktløsninger til alle former for el, elektriske signaler og data, optiske signaler, medier (væske, gas), feedback fra RF-encoder og kombinationer af alle disse transmissionsteknologier.

Dette brugertilpassede drejeled tilbyder en elektrisk slæbering med stor boringsdiameter som leverer data, strøm og kommunikation til en SATCOM-platform. Den store diameter giver mulighed for at gennemføre fiberoptisk kommunikation og/eller RF-kanaler. Integreret med en lavprofilencoder med høj nøjagtighed sikrer det ikke blot let integration, men også pålidelighed i systemet.

Denne integrerede løsning er slæbering et offshore elektro-optisk kranspil. Den er designet med en mindre ROV i tankerne, den har en integreret fiberoptisk led med dobbeltkanal for at kunne styre ROV'en.
