Large Crane Slip Ring

This Crane Slip Ring has a hollow shaft of Ø400mm, a temperature range of -40°C to 65°C and can operate up to 5rpm. It can handle 400VAC with currents of 40A. The slip ring have 29 rings in its house.

Reliable Slip Ring for Offshore Crane

Penlink offers solutions that handle high shock and vibration, perfect for mobile applications and harsh environments. This product has a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and can operate up to 5rpm. It can handle 690VAC with current rating of 600A. The slip ring have 155 rings in its house.

Our slip ring design, allows increased number of rings, meaning more circuits in the same slip ring unit.

Modular Hose Reel Slip Ring

This product has a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C and can operate up to 250rpm. It can handle 1000VAC with currents of 10A + 20A. The slip ring can have 6-24 rings in its house.

It can handle 1000VAC with current rating of 10A. The slip ring can have 24 to 36 rings in its house.

Propulsion Slip Ring

This product is design for a marine propuslion system, it can operate up to 100rpm. The outer size of the slip ring is Ø280mm and can be design as Ø0-150mm or Ø250-500mm. The hollow shaft of the slip ring is Ø100mm, but can be designed smaller if needed. It can handle 2500VAC with currents of 5000A. The slip ring have 3 rings in it's house for transmission.

By combining the hydraulic and our electrical slip ring, we can offer a complete hub for the propulsion POD.

Wide Hollow Shaft Slip Ring

This is a high voltage slip rings with brush-lifting mechanisms. Splitted structure slip rings may be installed around an existing shaft afterwards. The slip ring can operate up to 600rpm and has a max. voltage of 2500VAC with 1000A currents. This product comes with a hollow shaft of Ø800mm. Depending on your application needs we can design this slip ring with a smaller hollow shaft. The slip ring have 3 rings in its house.

This excavator product has a temperature range of -40°C to 80°C and can operate up to 250rpm. It can handle 600VAC with currents of 2A + 5A. The slip ring can have 48 to 56 rings in its house.
