Elektrooptikk

EMCCDs bruker en unik arkitektur som gjør det mulig for enheten å forsterke (> 1000 ganger) antallet resulterende elektroner produsert av hendelseslyset. Denne funksjonen gir EMCCD en langt overlegen fordel i forhold til eksisterende CCD-teknologi under lite lysforhold. Sanntidsbilder kan fås i lux-nivåer på 10-5 tilsvarer en mørk overskyet natt uten kunstig lys.

Akkurat nå har vi Eagle V som det eneste CCD-kameraet i porteføljen vår. Det er en av de mest følsomme CCD-kameraplattformene i verden. Bruker et valg av bakgrunnsbelyst CCD-sensor. Eagle tilbyr lav lesestyring, ubinnede og binnende alternativer.
