Today Penlink AB provides services as an independent supplier of electro-mechanical components and servo systems for the automation industry and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Since October 2016 Penlink AB is a part of Addtech.
Penlink’s team have widespread experience in products in this sector. Together with our partners, we can help our customers streamline existing solutions and assist them with the design, planning and new installation of complex overall solutions. We are a part of Addtech & associates to 150 companies within the cooperative. This grants us more knowledge than before.

Because our operations have a limited direct environmental impact (we do not operate any factories) so we are constantly working on improvement measures in the areas where we can make a difference. As an example of this, today more than half of the electricity used in the entire Addtech Group comes from renewable sources.
We also suggest a product/solution having less impact on the environment as a first step. Another important factor that can have an impact is our transport operations. We therefore always seek to take environmental performance into account when choosing transport methods.

If a buyer wishes to return a product, they shall always attain the approval from Penlink AB prior to the return. Email RMA@penlink.se for approval.
The product shall at the cost and risk of the customer be sent together with a notification of return. The form for notification of return can be obtained from Penlink AB. Returns without an enclosed notification of return or approval from Penlink AB will not be accepted.
