Our motors are intended to fit on-board any deep-sea application that needs high performance materials and the latest design and construction. Our motors can operate when immersed in cooling fluids, fuel, oils and hydraulic fluids. They are available as a LRU (housed) or frameless that can be integrated by the customer.
Each motor is tailored to meet the customer specification and to fit the application. Designs may have conventional inner rotor or also outer rotor. Segregated dual, triple or quadruple electrical channels, allowing operation in degraded mode.
We can integrate Resolvers to provide rotary position feedback for control and monitoring. Safe and reliable position measurement for your ROV system.
Our angular position sensors are either designed as line replaceable units (LRUs) or may be fitted inside servo-control actuators. They provide differential electrical outputs giving an image of the sensed angle. The sensor’s signal integrity, including its connection wiring, is easily detected by checking the quadratic sum of output voltages
We also supply high power density servo drives and powerful control software for our motors. Advanced features include field buses (CANopen, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP), sinusoidal commutation, field oriented control, advanced PID filters and much more.
